Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of X Orbit, including its Rally feature (together, "X Orbit"). By using X Orbit, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What X Orbit is

X Orbit is a website at xorbit.ashutosh-siddh.com that runs in your browser. It reads public information from X (formerly Twitter) through FxTwitter, a free third-party service. It shows follower lists, who doesn't follow back, who unfollowed between two syncs, and Rally boards, matches and guesses built from recent public posts.

X Orbit is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. or FxTwitter. X is a trademark of X Corp.

2. Public data only

X Orbit reads only public profiles and public posts. It never asks for your X password, doesn't log in to X, and can't read private accounts, likes, bookmarks or direct messages.

3. What the results mean

Scores, classes such as "Talker" or "Broadcast target", match results and drift are estimates from a limited window of recent public posts. They show recent public conversation, not friendship, and may be incomplete or wrong. For example, a third-party service may not return every post, and someone who unfollowed you may appear as deactivated. Don't rely on them for any important decision.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use X Orbit to:

harass, stalk, threaten, shame or target any person, or encourage others to;
collect data about people for spam, profiling, sale or any unlawful purpose;
overload or abuse FxTwitter, X or any other service;
break X's rules, FxTwitter's terms or any applicable law.

You're responsible for what you share, including PNG cards and share links that name other people.

5. Share links

When you create a share link, X Orbit saves a snapshot and anyone with the link can view it for 30 days. After that it's deleted. Only create links you're comfortable with others seeing. Section 3 of the Privacy Policy lists what a link stores.

6. Third-party services

X Orbit depends on FxTwitter, X's image servers, and its hosting and database providers. They may change, limit or stop working at any time, and parts of X Orbit may then stop working. X Orbit isn't responsible for those services or their content.

7. Ownership and copyright

X Orbit and Rally belong to Ashutosh Siddh. That includes the source code, design, text, card templates, graphics and documentation. You may use the website for your personal use. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, host as a service, reverse engineer or make derivative works of X Orbit or any part of it, except where the law expressly allows it.

Posts, names and profile photos shown in X Orbit belong to their owners.

8. No warranty

X Orbit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ashutosh Siddh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, reputation or relationships, arising from your use of X Orbit or your reliance on its results.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using X Orbit after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
